Whenever Puck does lead research and writes outreach drafts:

Website Edit Verification (2026-03-10)

After every website page edit + push:
1. Wait 2 minutes → take a browser screenshot, confirm change is live
2. If not live at 2min → wait to 5min → check again
3. If still not live at 5min → troubleshoot (check Vercel deployment logs, rebase/push issues, build errors) until it is live
4. Report result to Caelan without him having to ask

Cron Issues

- **Daily Self-Reflection cron** fires isolated agentTurn with no memory context → produces generic/fabricated summaries describing sessions that didn't happen. Fix: either inject today's memory file content into the job prompt, or switch to systemEvent (main session). Until fixed, do real self-reflection manually on the midnight heartbeat.
